Sunday February 11th, 2012.  Rowers should get there at 7am for weigh-ins and to check in.  The first race starts at 8am for the colleges.

Eat: A bagel or banana when you wake up in the morning, but don’t eat to close to your race.

Drink: be sure to be well hydrated before the race bring a water bottle
